Take your record with you

In a future build, this page will let you prepare three kinds of takeaway: a doctor-shareable PDF, an emailable clinical detail PDF, and a re-importable backup file. Everything is generated on this device. Nothing leaves your browser unless you choose to send it.

Coming soon

The Export page is a stub for now. It carries the tracker subnav so you can navigate from here, but the export logic itself is part of Phase 2 Session G (Export Architecture).

When that ships, this page will offer:

Clinical Summary PDF: paper, 1 to 3 pages, B&W. Frequency table, 30-day calendar heatmap, notable events log.
Clinical Detail PDF: digital, 5 to 15 pages, color. Severity heatmaps, trend lines, medication adherence, trigger-symptom correlations.
Backup file (JSON): re-importable archive of everything Seen. knows about you. Save this somewhere safe so you can restore on a new device or after a break.
Custom export: pick which sections and which time window go into the file.

For now, if you need a backup right away, the existing tracker has Save data and Export buttons in its Settings flow. Reach out at support@seencare.org if you need a hand.
